I loved this piece, at first. After one month, this “solid wood” console table started cracking horribly all over the place. Also, this is NOT solid wood, as advertised. Not sure if the Colorado dry climate has something to do with the cracking, but I will say that I have other wood furniture pieces, far less expensive, that have not cracked like this. For how much I saved and paid to have this piece, I’m super dissatisfied with the quality. This should not be cracking so much and so soon. I’m scared it’s gonna fall apart.

The oak grain and color is inconsistent and looks like tiger stripes. Too rustic for taste. Unfortunately have to return. Wayfair has been terrific about the return!
