Upholstered Canopy Bed

I purchased this bed in neutral and it is beautiful! It did take about two hours for one person to put together. The white glove delivery does not include assembly for canopy beds. I highly recommend this product!

Absolute nightmare. My newly refinished hard wood floors were damaged by the team that assembled the bed. The actual assembly was done incorrectly so nothing is tightened properly or flush - now the bed wobbles, and despite trying for weeks to have a team come back out to reassemble it, every time I have an appointment it's canceled the day before saying they "couldn't find a team" to do the job. But possibly the worst part is there are large black velcro pieces at the top of each corner of the bed. These cover the openings where the screws can be tightened. The black velcro sticks out on the white bed and there's no way to hide it. This isn't pictured in the photos online but it's very noticeable and a total eyesore. I have now spent countless hours on the phone with customer service... and nothing is fixed or addressed.

Beautiful bed and color. I purchased grey, the height of bed goes well with cathedral ceilings, the fabric upholstery is sturdy and durable, easy to clean.
