Purchased the table and chairs last February (2021). Love the table. It is sturdy and looks nice. Chairs, however, are another story. They look great as long as you don't use them. I would describe the issue as a flaw in the design. Within a month, one of the chair legs split. We were provided a replacement. Since then we walk on eggshells when we use them, and we don't use them that often. Recently when we did use them, another leg split on a different chair. This time they refused to provide a replacement, saying we hadn't purchased the protection plan. I guess I don't agree that we need a protection plan to cover something that is inherently defective. Table is good, but I would NOT buy the chairs again.

Chairs came with scoff marks on the upholstery and maybe I just need to tighten the bolts but they do feel cheap. Foam cushion won’t last very long it seems like.

Every chair had an issue from missing screws, stained legs, hole of leg would not allow screw to go in. All 4 chairs don’t sit on floor evenly. Two chairs definitely not the same. Spent a lot of money on these 4 chairs. I ordered replacement parts if they don’t work they will be returned. Absolutely easy to put together but totally disappointed. 10242020

The table and chairs are pretty, but the paint/coating on the table chips so easily. I’ve only had my table for a few months, do not use it daily, and already there are a few areas where the table is chipped to the unpainted wood.
