These stools checked all of the boxes for me for our recent remodel: right seat height; right back height; right style. I ordered six to go around my island, so I was disappointed when I received them and I could only use 3. Several of the caps on the bottom of the other 3 were damaged beyond use. I contacted Birch Lane and they were willing to replace the stools; however, I did not want to go through the return process. Instead Birch Lane gave me a small amount so I could buy replacement caps. Overall I am happy with the stools and Birch Lane has amazing Customer Service.

The sitting area of the stool is very rough. I have snagged my leggings on the rough finish I am going to have to sand the area and hopefully find a stain to match existing color. For the amount of money I paid for stools, they are not worth the price I paid. Very disappointed!
