Love the barstool. Looks stylish and feels premium. Definitely is a sturdy quality wood. Very impressed with the quality of it, certainly worth the value. The cushion is very comfortable. No assembly required, which is always a plus. I recommend for sure.

I am so very impressed with the construction, weight, sturdiness, and assembly of this bar stool. You don’t even have to put it together. It is a very, very nice quality of stool. It holds up to a 300 lb. person. You can sure tell when it is quality furniture or is rickety and worthless. This one is really impressive. I got it so I would have a comfortable stool to sit on when I am cooking. I get too tired the older I get so this stool with be a god-send. It has a rounded back that you fit right into. The seat itself has a nice foam inside and a linen material cover. The footrest has a metal piece on top so when you rest your feet on it, your chair rung won’t get scratched up. The arms and legs are made from rubberwood and is coated with a smooth varnish that protects it from getting dirty. Rubberwood is a very sturdy kiln-dried wood. It has mortise and tenon joinery. I didn’t know what that was so I looked it up and they cut a rectangular hole out of the wood (mortise) and cut out a peg on the bottom of another piece of wood (tenon) and insert it and glue it in place. This is an old way of making sturdy wood furniture. It’s better than just screwing them together and makes them very durable. The overall size of the stool is 37.8” H x 22” W x 22” D. The seat is 19” W x 16.3” D. It has a 30-day warranty. You can just spot clean the seat. It chose an Effie Linen color for mine. It is a nice cream color that goes with anything. I HIGHLY recommend this bar stool.
