The couch was exactly what I wanted and met all expectations! From the quality craftsmanship to the material I chose which was exactly like the sample. I was kept informed from ordering to delivery.

One stars for shipping and five stars for the couch. I was completely let down by shipping time. Estimated delivery was 5-7 weeks and they took 4 months to come in. Worst part is when I called at the 7 week mark to get an update, it took 3 different phone calls over the course of two weeks to get any kind of update. Not happy with the communication on Wayfair/Birch Lane's end. However, delivery and install was an ease. With that being said, absolutely in love with this couch. It was everything I was looking for. Ordered several swatches and decided to go with the Nomad Snow Performance Chenille. Looks more like an off-white and does not get too dirty looking. It is also soft and comfortable. The single cushion is down filled. However, the back cushions are a polyester fill which I like because they do not tend to sag like the down filled back cushions I have seen. Looks great in my space.
