This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. I love my sofa. It is gorgeous. I do NOT love customer service. The back of my sofa came with a gap in the stitching. It was pointed out and photos taken. NOTHING has been done.
