Very satisfied with Birch Lane from ordering to delivery. Beautiful dining room set made with excellent quality material. My husband was home for delivery and said installers were very professional and respectful. All he had to do was open the door, they did the rest. Extremely satisfied customer.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! First I love the table but It was damaged upon delivery and assembly. When I have tried to contact customer service I am redirected to talk directly to the manufacturer. I never expected to receive any help to return or even consider fixing. I am disappointed in the service. I planned to order additional furniture from Birch Lane but have changed my mind.
