Overall happy with this chair! The fabric is soft and the chair is well made and solid. The delivery was on time and I received several messages from them about when it would arrive. The reason I give it 4 stars is the packaging was not very good at protecting the piece. As you can see from the pictures, there were lots of dirty marks all over. I was able to get them out with some folex and a soft brush, but not something you want to do with a brand new item.
