Pretty couch and well made

We are thrilled with our sofas! I read reviews on any website I could find prior to purchasing, trepidatious to make such a major purchase sight unseen. I can assure you, we are thrilled with our purchase! They are stunning and a much prettier gray in person. They are miles long, though, so make sure that you measure accurately in preparation! They are slightly firm, but comfortable. Surprisingly, we love the low back style. Aesthetically they’re a dupe for a very popular, expensive store. We are beyond satisfied with the quality! The delivery company was likewise exceptional, and I could not recommend them highly enough!

I have submit 4 unanswered claims in on this couch. My 80 pound child sat on it once and the button went into the sofa. I have never filled out a poor review ever and I’m in love with these couches. I bought two. I just want a resolution.
