Here's the revised review without the order number: Terrible Experience with Wayfair and Birch Lane – Buyer Beware! I’ve been a loyal Wayfair customer for years, but after my recent experience, I’m done with them and Birch Lane. We recently spent $2,465.43 on a table and six chairs for our new home. The chairs arrived quickly, but we found out the table is backordered for over a month. To make matters worse, both items went on sale right after our purchase—$100 off the table and $150 off the chairs. Naturally, I contacted customer service, expecting a price adjustment, only to be told, “Sorry, that’s not our policy.” Seriously? After all the money we’ve spent with them, this is how they treat their customers? They basically told us to pound sand. Wayfair and Birch Lane clearly don’t care about customer loyalty or satisfaction. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice. They’ll take your money and leave you high and dry without a second thought. #WayfairFail #BirchLaneFail #CustomerServiceFail #NeverAgain

Very nice but it was a little difficult aligning the screws to put together

Stain on back of one chair. The same chair: Left back leg has a large gash in the wood which has been stained over. I reported the stain but didn't notice the gash immediately (it's Christmas) because my 87 year old husband assembled the chairs.
