The men who delivered and assembled the bed were professional and nice. Customer service communicated with me every step of the wat. The actual bed, I'm not sure about. It looks nice but I'm worried about the middle bar in the frame. I will have to update later on how the bed holds up after a couple of months.

The bed is high-quality and exactly as pictured! I also purchased professional assembly, however it comes in 3 big pieces making assembly very straightforward.
