Love this ottoman/coffee table. It does double duty as a place we can put our feet up (soft ottoman) and set a drink down (on the table). It's adjustable so depending who is sitting where on our long sectional, we can move the table from one side to the other. I unboxed it with my daughter - the packaging was sufficient and kept everything safe and was easy to take out - no assembly. We love it so much we're planning to get a second one for upstairs.. Really nice leather ottoman / table. I know others complained about the top having dents after use, but I have not had any issues with it not returning to normal surface.
