I loved the chairs but was disappointed that three of the chairs arrived with scratches on them. One chair had moderate damage of the caning and scratches and defects on it. I called Wayfair and was only offered 25% off on the one chair that was moderately damaged. I decided to keep the chair since it was such a hassle to rebox and return. I was also dissatisfied that the 2 large boxes with the 4 dining chairs was delivered and placed in my open driveway. They should have been delivered to my covered front porch only a few steps away.
