Alderton 36" W 2-Drawer Solid Wood Lateral Filing Cabinet

The product seems ok however the type of delivery was terrible. I ordered live on the phone with their rep and asked for it to be delivered directly to the room assembled and packaging removed. He assured me it would be. However they just brought it to the room in a box dropped it with assembly required. Customer service supervisor was terrible. Said they don’t have liability for this even though their rep set this service up. Said if I want to return there would be a fee. This is a bait and switch or at least gross misrepresentation. I asked if she thought this was my liability, she said she didn’t go to law school and if she had she wouldn’t be working here. This was not drivers fault. They said they see this about half the time.

LOVE! Seriously came fully assembled with no extra cost. I literally just took off the packaging…done! Very good quality as well! Worth the price.

The filing cabinet is a great accompaniment to the desk. We use it for some files and for extra storage of paper and miscellaneous items.
