I was disappointed due to the fact that the faux leather material that I had ordered had a very off-putting smell. That smell even lingered after the chair was removed from the room and reboxed.An air purifier was necessary to clean the air. The chair itself was okay quality but I felt not up to what the price was. As commented on by other reviewers, the chair is not made for people over maybe 5'6" to sit comfortably. Reviews had said not good for tall people but I am 5'8" which is tall for a female but would not be for a male. The width is okay if you are of average frame but the seat depth is very short due to the pillow not being able to be removed. What I would say though is that the customer service reps I talked to first for a delivery malfunction and then again to facilitate a return glitch were very helpful and courteous. Would I recommend this chair...no
