Wide seating area, well constructed, comfortable to sit in for both men and women. We sit in these for nearly every meal and don't sit at the dining table. Hope the leather and cushions hold well over time. Probably not kid friendly with them being leather, but so far we have been happy bc we have no kids to stain the leather yet. One oil stain has stuck so I need to find a good leather cleaner to see if I can bring it out. Probably not a good option if it gets direct sunlight exposure. Pricey, try to buy them on sale.

Purchased the counter height of this stool, which is distributed by the furniture company Four Hands. Chose to purchase from here due to free shipping and returns available. Stool is sturdy and packaged well, but unfortunately way too tall for counter height. The seat height is nearly 28 inches, which is uncomfortable for a normal counter height. Wood is also very cool toned, and the upholstery is a warm cream, which you can’t tell from the photos. These looked like warm wood and grey upholstery in photos. I wouldn’t recommend the counter stool.
