The chair itself is nice and the color of the Effie Linen fabric is perfect but sadly the quality of the fabric is terrible - the pilling in this photo is after 3 days of normal use. I am so disappointed with the quality of this product and Birch Lane’s response (to replace with the same chair or offer 15% off). Paying $500 for a chair I expected an entirely different level of quality - like it should last at least a week. I will update this review if Birch Lane addresses my concern adequately but as of right now I would not purchase again from this company.
