Bennett Genuine Leather Swivel Barrel Chair

Such a luxurious chair at a great price point. The leather is great and the wood base elevates this piece a lot. We love that they swivel so they are quite versatile.

Great chair, great deal

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The color immediately faded - my brown leather chairs are practically green - despite being "genuine leather." It's impossible to get ahold of someone to complain, they only give you an AI chat bot to connect with. I had a one-year warranty, but because this fell just outside the 30-day warranty window, "there is nothing we can do." Disappointing product, but even worse, they can't even work with the manufacturers to make it right or provide good service to their customers. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Birch Lane ever because of this poor experience.

For the price, this chair is great. I look everywhere for an affordable leather chair and only found it here. I love that it swivels. The leather quality is great. I would say the color on their website is a bit off to what I got, but it’s not too bad. Delivery was super fast. Order it Wednesday and receive it Friday evening! I was super impressed and it came assembled. Overall, I highly recommend.
