Love the one that arrived in tact. The one shipped in its original packaging arrived fine. The one repackaged by the seller was in too big of a box with little to no bubble wrap protection and arrived smashed to pieces. The online process for reporting the issue asks for part numbers for replacement and is less than straightforward to navigate.
