Chairs are lovely. Huge mistakes on ordering between birch lane.com and Wayfair. It’s Wayfair. Order shipped to wrong address. Multiple calls. Returning was the only option. Then waited all day for return pickup and FedEx didn’t show. It wasn’t set up. Know you are dealing with Wayfair and Wayfair only.
