April Upholstered Stool

Love the chairs, did not love that we had to wait almost six additional weeks past the anticipated shipping date to receive them. Quite a bit of confusion & frustrations working with different representatives and would have rather been told up front that the items would take up 12 weeks to ship instead of getting the run around.

Love the stools, they match the dining chairs and that was a plus. The immediate reason for 3 stars was the assemby. It was awful! Things didn't easily line up and ultimately one needs a power drill to assemble. This was NOT disclosed and we needed to hire someone with real tools to get the job done.

Arrived earlier than originally stated. Takes two people to assemble, some hardware missing so had to run to Menards, some scratches on wood but love the purple color! These are sturdy stools, comfortable and overall I am pleased with them. Would recommend.

Pros: Comfortable, Cons: poor workmanship, nail on kick plate bent. Holes not in alignment needed to drill out hole and purchase larger washers. Would not recommend. Really disappointed because they were “made in the USA”:
