Amari 83'' Upholstered Sofa

Love it - color is perfect!

The cover was not what I was looking for and I was informed that I could not buy a different cover.

Gorgeous, high-quality and so comfortable. Love it.

First the good - sofa looks nice - white cotton cover feels very nice - just the color and look my wife wanted... Now for the not good. First after multiple attempts both via live chatt (wayfair) and direct phone conversations with birch lane to confirm the arm height was truly 24" high as it is listed in the description as you can see from the photo it is actually 28" high - sort of a big deal when you have 22" high oak tables and you are small stature like my wife and sitting a coffee cup on the table and reaching over the arm is almost impossible without her climbing onto the arm of the sofa. Second after only a couple of days the cushions feel as though they have no filling in the back cushions and the bottom cushion feels like it doesn't have a lot more - FYI I am only about 5.5 & 165lbs so this is not good. I would like someone from birch lane to contact me about the sofa so we can work something out... Tim
