Customers find this product to be exceptionally comfortable and visually appealing, with many praising its plushness and stylish appearance. The size is frequently highlighted as generous, fitting families well and offering ample lounging space. The color options are generally well-received, described as neutral and chic. worst piece of furniture i’ve ever bought… no firmness whatsoever… feels like a deflating air mattress covered with fabric… you sink to the bottom and cushion rises and surpasses your thighs…. i thought Birch Lane meant quality so ordered with confidence… this is far from quality … will replace with real furniture
