I purchased four of these chairs. Two ended up being shiny, and one was semi-matte. The fourth chair was completely matte and did not have the correct finish on them. I contacted Birch Lane/Wayfair, they refuse to assist when the discrepancy is clearly evident. Disappointed and so angry that the customer service is this poor!
