I've ordered 4 of these chairs. I think they appear superbly constructed and feel great to sit in. Be aware, these chair cushions are firm, but I think that's helpful given that I expect them to get a lot of wear and break down / get softer, at least somewhat, over time. The finish on the wood is dark, but has a note of "wash" in it, so that a lighter stain peeks through in places.

Chairs just arrived and the finish on each of the chairs is uneven and has “distressing” that doesn’t look authentic. Some chairs are darker than others, which is very noticeable
