Very heavy, well built dresser. Drawers slide nicely with soft close drawers. Love the simplicity of the design. Handles are simple but classic. Color is a mid tone brown with a nice wood finish. If you are looking for a dresser that is built well and will be in style for years to come this is it. I also purchased the matching nightstands. Very happy with both purchases.
