Arrived with a broken glass frame. I spent 25 minutes on the chat with customer service to be told I have to return the whole thing, after I had already broken down the box. I don't know why it would take 5 minutes to send a chat message. Huge waste of my time. Never ordering here again.

Cute picture frame except that it arrived broken. It appeared to be well packaged with bubble wrap and packing paper but when opened two pieces fell onto the counter. Thankfully each piece was still intact so we will just reattach them with some glue and hopefully no more will come loose.
