This is fine, but be careful if you don't like it because there is a standard $35 return shipping cost. I contacted the company about this because the item itself cost me less to buy, which would mean I owe them money to return it. There was nothing they could do about it, said the fee was standard. Ridiculous customer service.

I did a chat with a rep and was informed the berries were made of plastic which is why I bought it. The berries are made of styrofoam with a red paint gloss coating. Three of the berries were damaged in the shipping box though. Other than that, it still looks nice. Just wish the berries were made of plastic for the longevity and would have been hard to damage the berries in the long run.

Beautiful color and two garlands wrapped the top of a window perfectly. Very delicate so use caution when hanging.
