Wreath is not as full as the picture looks. Also heads up- the product description states battery powered but the item I was sent was plug in only. If you are looking for a battery powered wreath specifically this item is not for you.

This is a wrong information online! This item is a plug in and not battery operated! I called customer service before ordering and she said it is battery operated! She was so wrong!! It is electric!!!! Now, I have to take all the time to call them back ask for refund and now go thru all the trouble of returning the items (I ordered two)!!! Do not buy this item if you are wanting a battery operated wreath!!!!! It is not!!

This is the worst experience! I ordered. A 48 inch battery operated wreath and received a plug in. I called customer service who placed the order for a battery operated wreath to be here on December 12. I received another email that the item.Is on back order until September 2025. So I won’t have a replacement for 9 months??
