I ordered 2 Wreaths, the first one for my front door, and its beautiful, it was packed very well and I love it!!! The second Wreath I ordered took over 2 weeks to arrive , the packaging was all banged up and torn, the Wreath itself had peices that fell off and was kind of beat up as well, very disappointed!!!

The Y in JOY was broke, was in a box without any protection. Tried to do a return, 3 times unable to continue return form after down loading picture. Stopped trying and now have a wreath that has broken part.
