28'' Wreath

I finally received this item, which I ordered over 30 days ago as a gift. The product is acceptable (though I notice the price for the wreath has increased by over $100.00. since I placed my order. I never did learn what the problem was with not receiving my order. After Wayfair informed me (after Christma) they were placing a second order for the item, I was (at the same time) receiving messages that a second order was placed in addition to the re-order and I could expect to receive that a few days after the first one. I never did hear back about that; messages sent about the second order "disappeared" from my feed. I assume they were deleted. I have no idea what this was all about. While the product is okay, and customer personnel were trying to assist, the customer service PROCESS was some of the worst I have ever experienced.
