these inserts are super fluffy and sturdy. With the covers, they will bounce back beautifully.

Used it for the North Pole pillow cover. I have to say that it is a much better quality than the inserts that came with my expensive sofa!

I think this insert is just right, not too big and not too small. It is very soft and comfy as well
