I like these allot, I ordered two. But both hurricanes have vertical lines in the glass. The glass is rippled and the vertical lines make these pieces look molded, I think they are molded glass, since both pieces have the same lines....

Love these hurricane candle holders, very beautiful and can easily be decorated for seasonal changes.

I had two glass and metal hurricane candle holders for YEARS, and within two weeks, I accidentally broke both of them while dusting. I didn't think I would be able to replace them exactly, but I was, thanks Birch Lane. Also, I received them within two days of ordering! Amazing.

My description of this hurricane will not do it justice. What a find! What a bargain! It is the first thing anyone notices when entering my living room. It connects all of my home decor in that room together. It is such a pretty and classy piece, even though it has heft. I have placed a small potted faux flower in mine along with a small potted live plant beside it on my coffee table. It is probably the prettiest item I have purchased for my home this year. It is so versatile that you can place it anywhere, including the floor. I just love it!!!
