Handmade Coastal Basket With Handles 1

I ordered the Espresso basket based on several pictures demonstrating a brown color (including this image displayed in confirmation email). The product that arrived is solid black and the packing slip indicates it is Tudor black. In order to return the item, shipping will not be reimbursed. Poor customer service and inaccurate product representation.

Do not order these baskets. The quality is horrible, the paint is bad and the lids do not fit. They are now an expensive garage item. Wayfair would not make a full refund unless I paid almost $100 for shipping. I used to love Wayfair but their customer service is lacking now. Very dissatisfied customer.

This box is well made and sturdy. However, it came in a solid black finish; which isn't even a buying option. The lid also sits on this box extremely tightly so removal is difficult. I can already see the finish/paint rubbing off due to it being so tight. I really wanted the brown color to fit with my other decor so to receive a finish that wasn't even offered, for the finish to be black in color and already coming off, and for the lid to be so tight this item was not worth the extremely high price. Not to mention it dropped in price by about $40 the day after I made the purchase.
