Adcock 8ft Artificial Ficus Tree with White Tall Planter, Faux Ficus Tree with Natural Trunk

Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered this birch tree for my new home. I was so excited about it. The tree that arrived had a completely different shape and didn't look good in the space. I used the chat option where they looked at the photos and acknowledged that it was not the same. They told me they would send a new one out and I would have it on March 23 and then they would have someone pick the other one up on March 24. When I did not receive the tree today, I called up and the representative told me that no action was taken and she wasn't sure why. She said I could receive a new one by March 31, but that was after my housewarming party. I asked if she could upgrade it to 2 day shipping and she said no. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and he told me that I received a birch tree and that they grow completely different and not all the same shape. I explained to him that it is not a real tree so it does not "grow" ...it is made. He said that the items on the website don't always look the way that they appear on the website. I told him that when people buy something they absolutely expect it to look the same way as the website. I asked him if he could expedite me a new tree and he said no. I asked him if I could have an email so I could write to the corporate office and he said no. His name was DEHAUN. He was a supervisor. Absolutely unacceptable. He said if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay for shipping to get it back there and I told him that that was also unacceptable. This was probably the worst customer service experience that I have ever been through. I am going to be reaching out to the corporate office to see if they can come pick up the tree at no additional cost to me if they're not willing to replace it with a tree that looks like the one that I ordered. Note to Birch Lane... If you show a picture of something on your website, it should be the same thing that people receive, especially when trees are fake and they should be constructed to look like they look on your site. Super disappointing.

Love it would buy again

Looks real and was extremely easy to put together. Packaging was done really nice as well.
