Kannon Artificial California Eucalyptus Wreath

Product was nice but was shipped the smaller size wreath. Paid for a 26” wreath and was shipped the smaller size. I returned the first shipment and was told they would correct the error. I received the corrected shipment and it was still the smaller wreath. So, I felt like they must be out of stock and said I would need to return it. I was charged return shipping! It wasn’t my doing they sent the wrong product both times. This 10.00 shipping cost that I was charged I guess is a lesson—-I will no longer shop at Birch Lane and will share my experience with my friends.

Perfect compliment to the garland

Very flattering photography was used for the listing because what arrived didn’t look anywhere near as nice. Returning the wreath because it’s skimpy and not very good quality.

The item is pretty close to what was advertised. Shipping was prompt. I would have given 5 stars except this item was a return from another buyer and inside the box was a note from that customer. The box was never opened or inspected before being resold. Her personal information was inevitably given out, but more importantly, she was stating why the item was being returned for the second time! Luckily, it was the wrong size for her and not an item substandard or irregularity. I would expect more from Wayfair.
