I just received this pillow so I can’t speak for how well it holds up, but I have full faith in the Sunbrella brand and expect it to last! The cushion is a beautiful navy velveteen, looks lovely on my taupe couch and ties in with the navy cream and taupe floral accent cushions. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is because while stylish, the tassels and stitching are a bit itchy like bleached jute twine. So we just flip the pillow to the plain side if we want to use it for lumbar support. The cushion is firm with a little give. Color does not seem to rub off on clothes. No strong smell. Well I finally received this pillow, it was on back order for a bit. Kidney pillow nice size came vacuumed pack so it may take a little bit for it to fluff up, still very nice. Cover is removable for easy cleaning. It ordered the blue strip and it is a grayish blue back ground with a navy blue stripe. Nice outer fabric sunbrella material would recommend for purchase..
