Unfortunately the vase, when delivered, was broken in numerous pieces. It was obviously due to poor packing. From what I could see among the pieces it was as pictured. I have given 4 stars (it works for me) because I received immediate assistance when calling. And, with the upload of this photo confirming the breakage, I am told a new vase is on its way.
