What Customers are Saying

Customers are highly satisfied with the product's appearance, quality, and size, frequently describing it as beautiful, well-made, and perfectly sized for various decorative purposes. The color options are also well-received, with many appreciating the natural wood tones and specific shades like black and white. While the material is generally praised for its natural wood aesthetic, some reviews indicate it is unfinished and can be rough to the touch. There are also isolated concerns about the material's susceptibility to water damage and staining.

So gorgeous! The color is perfect. Much larger than I imagined but it’s perfect for a little key dish on our entry way table. Very well made and thick as well.

Light weight. Cheap looking. Saw the same item in Home Goods for a third of the price. Disappointed in quality. Not what I expect from Birch Lane.

Love this unique design. The first bowl was cracked but customer service quickly sent a replacement. Note the color may vary o. shade slightly but still has a natural look and feel. Make sure to check the dimensions to determine how it will look on a table. It is larger than I thought and I neglected to check the specs. I added the white chain to accessorize it.
