TL;DR - one of 4 pillows is good. The rest are either jacked up or lost in a warehouse black hole. Buyer Beware! The pillows are adequate. One is great while the other has clear issues with the fill. They are both much more firm and supportive than I expected, which is a good thing. Even though I knew the size, it was still nice to see how long they are. Like Wayfair, Birch Lane's customer service is looking pretty pathetic. I reached out to them twice over a 5 day period - not so much as an automated message saying my email will be addressed in X amount of time. The package only included 1/2 of my order. Their website says the entire order was delivered and that the whole order was in the same package with the same tracking number. However, there is not room for anything else in the package that these pillows were in, certainly not two large throw pillows (see pic). If their approach to customer "service" is the same as Wayfair's - ignore all customer emails and phone calls that are trying to resolve issues that are in no way the customer's fault (incorrect product measurements, items arriving broken, manufacturing defects, etc) until the customer dispute's the credit card charges - I have little hope of getting the rest of my order. At least I can hope the oddly filled pillow will fluff up and look normal now that is out of the package. if that happens, I'll be happy with 50% of my order. If the pillow doesn't recover, I will have 25% of my order that is meeting expectations.

I recently recovered my bench cushion with this Sunbrella fabric and was pleased to find the matching rectangular pillows on Birch Lane. There was a hiccup in delivery, but the courteous customer service rep was very helpful and the pillows arrived quickly!
