The main candlestick is bolted to the base. Bolts were loose so they rubbed against each other and the bases were scratched up a little. Was a bit difficult to tighten without taking bottom felt off but managed to do it by firmly pulling up as I turned main piece. Nice enough looking that I'm keeping them.

Looks really good on mantel . Heavy and sturdy quality metal. There are small area on candlestick that it paint arrived coming off but still looks great. I would recommend this product.
