At first glance these are beautiful covers. However, I originally ordered 4 and now only have 3 because the zipper kept breaking on them so many times. I had to return one of the covers 3 separate times and finally gave up that I’d actually get one that was functional. I was originally offered a 30% refund to keep the defective cover and then was reluctantly offered a full refund. This still doesn’t cover the inconvenience of having to make 3 returns and ending up with only 3 pillows when I needed 4. Super disappointed and super inconvenient. Aside from the defective zipper, they also attract a lot of pet hair become discolored easily.
