Balko Terrazzo Matte Picture Frame

This picture frame looks exactly like the description and look as in Birch Lane. It is very pretty and will fit in with a picture arrangement I am putting together.

I bought this for my mom because she did a major remodel and has beautiful terrazzo floors. I accidentally came across this as I was shopping for frames for myself and couldn't pass it up. I'm not going to lie, this frame is so nice that I'm actually going to order a second one for us because it looks so good. People said it was heavy and chipped in the reviews. I mean it's terrazzo, so it's heavy but it's not obscenely heavy. Mine came in excellent condition.

I liked the idea of a terrazzo picture frame when I saw it on All Modern. The colors in the photo accurately represent the actual product. It looks nice enough ... but it's not quite the quality I'd hoped for. Unfortunately, the first one I received was clearly defective before it was packed by the manufacturer. After filling out a post-purchase questionnaire, Darla in Customer Service proactively reached out and processed a replacement order after reviewing photos of the flaws. When the second shipment arrived, the product was in better condition, but was still a little rough around the edges. As others have said, it is extremely heavy. I'm concerned about it scratching my furniture. Both shipments were very well packed, with plenty of bubble wrap and double-boxing. Would I buy it again, knowing what I know? Probably not. But I will absolutely shop with All Modern again, because of their excellent service!
