Product arrived DAMAGED. Box was wet, torn, and had clearly been opened and resealed. Pinecones are crushed throughout the garland. I advised Wayfair that the product arrived damaged and was told "it looks like this item isn't eligible for a refund or replacement. Either it has yet to be marked as "Delivered", or it doesn't fall within the 30-day window of delivery." It is obviously delivered and I ordered this less than a week ago. When I attempted to use the Help Center as suggested in the website, there is no option allowed for me to notify them of "a problem with my order" as indicated. However, Wayfair states that if my open box or clearance item is damaged/defective, " We can assist with open box or clearance items however resolution options are limited." At this point, I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will return my phone calls. What it boils down to is this, Wayfair has clear knowledge that they have sold me a $111.00 damaged product, advertised it on sale for an enticing $42.00 to get rid of it, and appears to have absolutely no intention of trying to provide any resolution. I am baffled by this as I've always received excellent customer service from them in the past. I am sorely disappointed Wayfair.
