Arrived damaged with the top of the box barely taped closed. There was no padding or wrapping in the box so the basket was chipped and broken, the branches were scarred and missing bark, and the material that filled the pot was ripped up with pieces of it crumbling everywhere when I opened the box. Now I have to send this tree back via Fed Ex to get a refund, even though they will just throw it away, which is very climate unfriendly. Just awful all around.

This faux tree is well made and attractive. It looks realistic and adds to my living room decor. The one flaw is the shredded material that is on the top of the pot to hide the foam. It is dark gray and unattractive. I easily removed it and substituted decor moss for a more natural look. I would recommend this to others.
