This quality is terrible. A good majority of the greenery was falling off/had already fallen off before I even took it out of the box. It looks terrible and cheap.

I just received my boxes from Wayfair, I do not know how this happened but one of the boxes was so damaged I was afraid to open it. This is not acceptable. Either it was Wayfair or the delivery service but this is really bad.
