Do not pay for delivery without realizing these shortcomings even though the website clearly states will be delivered to the room of your choice. I will update the review for the quality of the furniture but for delivery, its a bad experience. Updated - The recliners look great...no imperfections and the team at Birch Lane made it right by approving a credit to our original purchase price to make up for the initial bad experience. Absolutely love this chair! Fabric is so nice, soft, and really well made. The chair is nice and wide. We used it in our living room and are already saving up for the ottoman and another chair!
