Loveseat is great. Definitely takes longer to put together than the instructions imply. He’d screws are too soft a metal and easily strip all of the throw pillow for the loveseat and two chairs came with marks on them. The red ink from the plastic bags melted in the summer heat and transferred to every pillow. The first time I ordered two replacement pillows, you sent me one new chair, which did not help: (a) I didn’t need another chair and (b) it’s singular pillow also had marks on it. On Sunday, I finally received the requested two replacement pillows, and they also had marks on them! I’m giving up and sending all the pillows to the dry cleaner.. David. Greenwich, CT. Very cute! Because of my space I ordered a chair and a loveseat. The experience was completely opposite between the chair and loveseat. Chair came super fast and I was able to assemble in 20min. I was very pleased with the fabric as I was a bit concerned from not being able to see it clearly in the picture from the website. Overall, I am skeptical it will last as rated (20yrs) because I am doubting it is teak. It is solid wood just maybe not teak. The loveseat experience was a nightmare- see my other review. I love this sectional. It works perfectly on my back porch. You can switch the long side and short side with each other to fit your space right. The material is durable and weather resistant.
