Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. I got this cleaver on a whim when shopping for other specific knives my boyfriend had mentioned he wanted. He has mentioned before that he would like a cleaver--this seemed like a perfect way to test the waters. It's hilariously small yet still effective! It has a good weight and good balance, and he used it to cut a large spaghetti squash fairly easily (1 strike, plus some pushing to get the knife all the way through). My only regret was assuming that the knife would fit in our Zwilling knife block, but the blade is too wide. I ended up buying a cleaver sheath but wish that could have been from Zwilling as well..
